As part of the design approval process, we arrange and organise engineering plans and documentation required to obtain your design approval so that you can start construction without any delays.

We follow up all council and certifying authority approvals as part of the design process to ensure efficiency and avoid delays in your project completion time.

More than 100 trees are needed to build the average 200sqm house in Sydney? That's why at AA Architect Studio we are taking the initiative to replace some of the damage we impose on our environment by planting 5 trees for every house built from our designs.
